We will be hosting for the next three Sundays (10/18, 10/25, and 11/01) a voting party! Espresso bar and brunch service will be available, with local volunteers ready to assist dialogue and chat about your upcoming ballot for the election on November 3rd! No pressure, no candidates, no campaigning, just show up, discuss, ask questions, or just hang out and listen 💕 And remember to register to vote!

Casey Tonnelly is returning October 9th from 4:30-5:30pm for a reading and discussion of their book, Striving for Antiracism: My Imperfect Journey. NYC Award Big Book Award and Global ebook award-winner, Striving for Antiracism is a deeply unflinching exploration of what it means to pursue antiracism as an ongoing practice rather than a destination.

Our espresso bar will be open for service for the event and we will have free drip and snacks provided. :) Come support a local author and pick up this powerful book!

A lot of our neighbors already know us and what we're about, but if you're new in town or wondering more about our renovation fundraiser, we made a little comic! We're Over the Moon Coffee Roasters, a family-owned team roasting fresh coffee and serving all-day brunch for six years now!! 💕 When Lee signed the lease back in March 2020, only a few weeks later the whole world shut down, and a lot of our initial plans for the space were cut short. Now we're attempting to build a space that's more efficient and capable of hosting more of our beautiful community!

So far, on just the GoFundMe website, we've raised over $1600!! Thank you to everyone who's donated so far, either online or in person with us! This has already allowed us to make improvements to our space, UPDATE SOON!

We're excited to host Casey Tonnelly on October 9th for our third-ever Local Author event, chatting about their new award-winning novel Striving for Antiracism: My Imperfect Journey. We'll be chatting after-hours (time to be confirmed) with an open-espresso bar, and free drip and snacks provided :)

Casey Tonnelly, a q***r, neurodiverse, non-binary facilitator and educator, shares real moments of resistance, reckoning, and change as a white person learning to disrupt systems of racial harm from the inside out. Blending memoir with actionable insight, Striving for Antiracism is ideal for book clubs, social justice groups, and readers seeking a guide who leads not as an expert- but as a fellow traveler.

Our sixth year being here!! 🥳🎉What an incredible ride it has been to be roasting coffee and baking breakfast for everyone who’ve come and supported us over the years! Stop in today for some celebratory brown butter pumpkin seed cookies that our team is handing out, we can’t wait to see you!

We have some big plans in the works for this winter and after encouragement from so many of our dear customers and friends, we are humbly launching a GoFundMe to help raise funds for an upgrade of our space.

Our plans are to shift the espresso bar across our lobby to be more flush with the kitchen, allowing for a much larger lobby (with more seating space and a pellet stove fireplace cozy corner) and an expanded kitchen space (to allow us to expand our offerings and make work flow easier for our prepping team). More to come on plans and fundraising, but we couldn’t be more excited to continue to serve our community for years to come! Thank you so much for everyone’s support!

Happy September 1st!! We see such a split between people who will miss Summer and the Fall Folk, we made specials for both! We always have plenty more ideas as we continue deeper into Autumn cooking up! 🍂☕️

September 1st is also our BIRTHDAY!! 🎉🥳We opened September 1st 6 years ago!! What an incredible journey we've had! Even though we're closed today, stop by tomorrow to celebrate with us with a little seasonal special!

Also keep an eye out for the start of some big big projects! If you've had a chance to talk to Lee or Joanen on the floor you probably know what we're talking about! 😉🛠️

The seasons be shifting! Folks are heading back to school and the winds are slowly drifting in! We will be updating our hours fairly soon here, so keep posted! ✨ For this weekend we will be closing at 4pm every day! Thanks y'all! Hope you're as excited for Fall as we are! 🍂☕️

We hate to close early unexpectedly but sometimes it's the best thing to do to make sure our team can catch up from the whirlwind that has been this summer! Thanks for always supporting us! We'll be back on wednesday for normal hours and have our quiche, burritos, muffins, and all our other goodies back in stock! ✨☀️
