Happy September 1st!! We see such a split between people who will miss Summer and the Fall Folk, we made specials for both! We always have plenty more ideas as we continue deeper into Autumn cooking up! 🍂☕️

September 1st is also our BIRTHDAY!! 🎉🥳We opened September 1st 6 years ago!! What an incredible journey we've had! Even though we're closed today, stop by tomorrow to celebrate with us with a little seasonal special!

Also keep an eye out for the start of some big big projects! If you've had a chance to talk to Lee or Joanen on the floor you probably know what we're talking about! 😉🛠️

The seasons be shifting! Folks are heading back to school and the winds are slowly drifting in! We will be updating our hours fairly soon here, so keep posted! ✨ For this weekend we will be closing at 4pm every day! Thanks y'all! Hope you're as excited for Fall as we are! 🍂☕️

We hate to close early unexpectedly but sometimes it's the best thing to do to make sure our team can catch up from the whirlwind that has been this summer! Thanks for always supporting us! We'll be back on wednesday for normal hours and have our quiche, burritos, muffins, and all our other goodies back in stock! ✨☀️

We're always excited to have Sweets & Savories pastries!! We've got Lemon tarts, a quince apple turnover, rhubarb cream cheese pastry, and a coconut chocolate coffee cake with pecans!

We also still have plenty of our housemade muffins and scones today and locally-made donuts! 🍩💕

Specialty hours, specialty specials!
Today we're open from 6am-4pm, and then we reopen at 7pm-9pm for the pre-fireworks crowds. We're bringing back some specials with twists and bringing in Pride!! We'll also be rolling out some new specials later this July as well! ✨

However you spend today, take care and drive safe! It'll be a busy day in Kingston for sure, so come say hi and nab a coffee!

It's Pride Month y'all! 🌈 Pride is about joy and love, built on the q***r communities' advocacy and protest for our dignity and rights. It's because of the folks that came before us that we can celebrate who we are today, and we must continue to be proud, speak up, live, and thrive!!

Patricia is a National Book Award finalist and taught writing at Purdue University for 26 years.
