How did you like our TN Tenderloin Sandwich!? You know the smoked bologna sandwich!? Well we had some more bologna and said, “Let’s see if we can make an appetizer out of it!

So we cubed it, dropped it in the fryer until you get those nice crispy edges and threw them in a cast iron. Pick your choice of dipping sauce. I chose bbq sauce but honey mustard, mayo or just regular mustard would all be great choices! Simple and delicious southern food!
