Not all business decisions are the right decisions but you never know until you try! Last week we decided to try a new POS (point of sale) system and let’s just say it didn’t work out as planned! What started as a change to update and improve efficiency turn into the opposite! So out with the new and back in with the old!

So off to work I went! I spent a few hours yesterday revamping the back end of our old system to make it more user friendly. Then after we closed last night I started the process of uninstalling the new system and reinstalling our old one. It wasn’t without it’s problems as I found multiple cords that had been cut during installation of the new system. Fast forward to 2 AM as I finally finished installing the old system! One final check to make sure everything was working correctly and I headed home! So join us in saying Hello to our old Friends at Toast! We won’t doubt you again!
