Buns so full it’s busting at the seams!! Our Philly Cheesesteaks shouldn’t be underestimated just because we’re a Burger Bar! Our thin sliced sirloin steak is seasoned and grilled with green peppers and onions. Then we melt in some of mozzarella cheese before placing it in our toasted hoagie roll. What about that fresh house salad! Mixed greens topped with mozzarella cheese, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and croutons! What dressing are you grabbing? The House-made Ranch or Blue Cheese?

We have been throwing out the homemade desserts this week and we aren’t slowing down now! First it was Scoopable Peanut Butter Oreo Cheesecake then Banana Puddin’ and now Homemade Cookies & Cream and Chocolate Ice Cream!

You heard me right! We have a small batch of ice creams ready to go! This is our test batch to see how they sell. The faster they go the more likely we are to make more and additional flavors! What flavor would you like to see next!?

We sliced you up something special today! That’s right The Big Smokey Chicken is back but in limited supply until we get our next batch of chicken smoked!

Just a few weeks ago I got a message on Facebook from one of our customer/friends from all the way back in the Mount Carmel days! He asked “Shoot me straight here. Will I ever get to see my beautiful Big smoky chicken ever again?”

Well Jesse here she is in all her slow smoked and sliced glory! Topped with cheddar jack cheese and placed on a bed of shredded lettuce , tomato, mayo and mustard! Oh and I can’t forget that sourdough bun I know you love!

Let’s have a Smokin’ good Monday everybody!! What better way to do that than with your favorite burger! What’s my favorite burger!? Glad you asked!!

The Smokin’ Blue!! Fresh ground and smashed patties are seasoned with blackened seasoning and sat on a bed of lettuce and house made blue cheese! Top all of that with blue cheese crumbles, smoked in house pulled pork, bacon and bbq sauce! Don’t forget our sourdough bun!! Now that’s Smokin’ Good!
