Where every coffee bean is a seed of hope! Every time you make a purchase, you help support Elpis International.

The Coffee Spot's sole purpose of existence is to support Elpis International in their care of the widows and orphans in Ethiopia. Through the feeding centers in the cities of Bahir Dar and Awassa, Elpis International feeds and clothes those that cannot care for themselves. That is why every coffee bean, here at the Coffee Spot, is a seed of hope.

Come and join us tonight at the Coffee Spot for your favorite drink and listen to the music of our special guest Bill. Bill has been singing and playing the guitar since he was 16 years old. I promise you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. Looking forward to seeing you !!!

For local friends…

Hello,
Southeast Community Church has a coffee shop located inside the church/school building called The Coffee Spot. The Coffee Spot serves coffee, great specialty drinks, and some snacks. It is a wonderful place to meet a friend for coffee or to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet. The Coffee Spot was only opened one day a week last year during the week days because they are in need of volunteers to help serve the BBMS/SECA parents and the community. The Coffee Spot is looking for volunteers to help one day a week on any of these days…Monday- Friday from 8:15 am- 2:00 pm. If you or someone you know is interested in helping please contact Barbara at (865) 387-0740. All volunteers must be 18 years old to volunteer and will be trained. The proceeds from The Coffee Spot go to Elpis International. Elpis is a ministry that helps provide food, clothing, medical care, schooling and the message of hope through God’s word to children and widows in Ethiopia that are in great need. Please prayerfully consider serving in this way. Thank you.

The Coffee Spot is a full service coffee bar dedicated to supporting Elpis International.

A big thank you today to The Coffee Spot crew. Darcy, Lydia, Bree, and Carlie, I can't thank you enough for all the hard work you put in today to help make our first yard sale a success!! The money raised will help to bring much needed items to our sponsored children in Ethiopia. You guys are the absolute best. Also, to everyone who came out to sell or buy, thank you so much. Thank you Brandon, Bill, John, Dawn, Dina and Mike for helping set up and break down. God is so good, all the glory goes to Him!!

Good morning!! The Coffee Spot will be open this evening from 6 to 7:30. Come on over and enjoy one of you favorite drinks.
Just a reminder, this Saturday will be our first annual yard sale held at Southeast Community Church. There is still time to clean out those closets and garages and come set up a table or two. Turn your unwated items into cash. You can rent a table for $10 or a space for $5. Set up will begin at 7:15 and our sale will be from 8:30 to 2. If you want to come shop and browse we would love to see you! The Coffee Spot will be open for your enjoyment also

Happy Easter everyone. Hoping to see all tomorrow at church for our wonderful Easter service. Drop by the Coffee Spot before you head into service for a Chai, Smoothie, your favorite Frappee or our special Easter Peep drink. Along with that we have these amazing cupcakes made by Angela Dunn that are by donation. All donations go to ELPIS!! We are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow☕🍮

Remember to stop by The Coffee Spot tomorrow at church! Our wonderful Mary Smith has donated 6 dozen tasty 🍩 from Publix. Fresh and ready for you all. Help yourself to one or two, maybe three or four!! If you would like to make a donation, the monies collected will go to ELPIS for our kiddos in Ethiopia. No better cause. The Coffee Spot sponsors ELPIS and the money you graciously spend there will feed and shelter those in need. Thank you so much for your support of SECC's ministry, The "AWESOME" Coffee Spot!!
