Tomorrow we will once again be participating in our favorite daily activity…

Cooking entirely too much meat and hoping y’all show up and eat it.

Brisket will be sliced.
Pork will be pulled.
Wings will be wingin’.
Mac & cheese will be doing what mac & cheese does.
And somebody will still ask us where we’re located.

We don’t know what kind of Tuesday y’all are planning on having… but we highly recommend the kind that involves BBQ and absolutely no cooking.

We want to thank everyone who came out this morning and helped us kick off breakfast at Chubby’s BBQ!

Like anything new, we found a few little flaws we need to work out—especially with how everything is set up in our POS system and how orders are being sent back to the kitchen. That’s exactly why we wanted to ease into this and work the kinks out as we go.

We appreciate everyone’s patience, feedback, and support while we get everything dialed in. Each morning will get smoother, faster, and better!

Thanks for being our guinea pigs this morning We appreciate y’all more than you know!

We’re getting a head start on orders. Turkeys will be breast only. We hate trying to estimate how much you’re actually going to get off a whole turkey. We tell people average of 1/3lb of meat per person.
Smoked Turkey is also a everyday item if you want to come in and try it out!

So… about breakfast at Chubby’s.

We may or may not randomly unlock the doors one Friday and Saturday morning here soon.

And nope… we’re not announcing an official opening date. We learned our lesson. Last thing we need is to get absolutely BUM RUSHED opening morning and end up getting taken to the cleaners by the professional food critics over on Kings Mountain Town Talk.

We’re gonna soft open breakfast, keep it low-key, work out the kinks, figure out what works and what doesn’t, and make sure we can sling biscuits, eggs and brisket without the wheels falling off.

So if you happen to drive by one morning and see the OPEN sign on…
