We are a small family originally from Guadalajara, MX with a dream of showcasing the love for Mexican culture, one dish at a time! This has been a dream of ours for many years and we are excited for the journey!! After many months of planning and dreaming of sharing a taste of Jalisco with you, our dream is coming to fruition and we couldn't be more excited to bring you all along! We believe God has something special waiting!! We are ready to establish a new culture and set a standard. Hope you are ready!!

Last night, Mexico celebrated El Grito—the call that marked the beginning of the fight for independence in 1810. Today, on September 16, we celebrate Mexican Independence Day and honor the courage, resilience, traditions, and culture of our people.

At Gordo’s, we’re proud to share a little piece of our Mexican heritage and our family’s Jalisco roots through the food we prepare, the flavors we grew up with, and the hospitality we show everyone who walks through our doors.

Thank you, Kingfisher, for supporting our family and allowing us to share our culture with the community we’re so grateful to call home.
