My dear friend brought his podcast out of retirement to interview me at the shop last week! Join us as we chat punk, coffee shops, third spaces, and rural America.

Andrew and his wife, Tessie, are some of my oldest friends, have seen me at my highest and lowest over the years, and not many people are more familiar with the journey that was opening this place. From 22 year old barista at my first specialty shop with a dream, to my current old ass owner status two decades later.

Tune in to listen to my two brain cells try to pull together a thought or just listen to the dope playlist. I recommend a leisurely listen while driving or doing chores. Radio Free MDE has a nice to ring to it, right?

Arts Walk TONIGHT! 5pm to 7pm!

We’ll all be crashing The Study tonight for Sarah’s open house 😎 W**e, charcuterie, art from MONA, cute stuff from A Little Something Pop-Up, sidewalk chalk for the kids, and a solid group of people 💕

Happy Kingfield Days, everyone! We are STOCKED and ready to rumble. Plus a cameo from our pal, Ryan, who will be helping us run the register this weekend while Andrew enjoys a much deserved vacation. A few things to note:

We’re extending our hours Friday and Saturday - 8:30am to 2pm - come through to get energized for the day and then again when your legs turn to jello 😎

We’ve added some refreshing bevs to the menu to see if they should become a permanent fixture:

Rhubarb Lemonade (Friday)
Blueberry Lemonade (Saturday)
PYO Lemonade (flavor of your choice)
Arnold Palmer
Stanley Steamer (Ginger B**r, Maine Maple, Cold Foam, Cinnamon)
Mimosas / Sparkling (dining in only)

Baked Goods this week are coming from our two stalwarts 10forward_bakery and Dixon Berry Bakery. PLUS, Leaven Loaf & Produce Co. is back and we’ll have her BEAUTIFUL sourdough loaves and molasses whoopie pies on deck.

This was such a special night! Thank you so much to High Peaks Alliance and the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce for allowing us to host an amazing group of people at the shop and hear about some big wins in conservation 💕
