Just a heads up—we’ll be closed this Friday, April 10th. Some of our crew is heading to San Diego for , and we’re super excited to soak up all the inspiration! We’ll be back soon with fresh ideas to share with you. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and really appreciate your understanding.

It’s true! Toffee is now a permanent Wisteria staple!

We take pride in creating a menu that highlights quality in every detail, and our house-made syrups are a huge part of that. Many of your favorite flavors are already crafted right here in our cafe, and we’re excited to keep going. ☕️💛

The goal: A completely made-in-house menu, eliminating prepackaged syrups for good.

Ghirardelli white chocolate sauce and Monin hazelnut will be leaving the menu by June.

But stay tuned…delicious things are in the works ✨

Some fun facts about Peyton:
•Her current go-to is an iced americano with a lil’ oat milk
•Her dream travel destination would be Peru or anywhere out west
•Peyton’s hobbies include drawing/digital art, reading, writing, and listening to music
•When asked about her favorite thing about working in specialty coffee, she says: “Meeting customers/creating intentional relationships, experimenting with new coffee drinks & the friendships it brings.”

It’s been a while since Peyton has been here behind the bar serving coffee, but we’re so thankful to have her back around!
