Well... this weekend was certainly interesting.

Reading anonymous complaints on Facebook isn't how I like to find out about alleged problems, but if there's one thing I'll always do, it's take a hard look at my own business. Today we'll be checking our ovens, reviewing our procedures, and doing a refresher with the staff. Not because anonymous Facebook posts prove anything, but because that's what responsible business owners do.

If you ever have an issue with your order, please call us. We can't investigate anonymous posts that don't include a name, order, date, or time, but we absolutely can investigate and fix problems when customers contact us directly.

Going forward, Facebook comment sections are not going to be our customer service department. If your goal is to have your issue resolved, please give us the opportunity to do that.

If your goal is simply to let the internet know we're terrible... you've already got Facebook for that. 😉

We'd much rather spend five minutes fixing your pizza than five hours reading 200 comments from people who haven't eaten here since 1997.

To everyone who has supported us over the years, thank you. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

🐾 A Friendly Reminder to Our Amazing Customers 🐾

We love seeing your furry family members, but we need to ask for a little help to keep everyone safe.

Please make sure your dogs are securely inside or properly restrained when our delivery drivers arrive. Even the sweetest dogs can become protective or excited when a stranger comes to the door, and our drivers have had several close calls, including one driver who was bitten a few months ago.

Our drivers are just trying to get your food to you quickly and safely so they can get home to their own families at the end of the night.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for helping us keep our team safe while we continue delivering hot, fresh food to your door!

The Pizza Patch is turning 40!

Can you believe it? For 40 years, The Pizza Patch has been a part of this amazing community. We've had the privilege of serving generations of families, celebrating birthdays, after-game dinners, first dates, Friday night pizza traditions, and so many moments in between.

As we get ready to celebrate our 40th anniversary next month, we'd love your help!

❤️ Share your favorite Pizza Patch memories in the comments.❤️

If you have old photos taken here, we'd absolutely love to see them too! Whether it's a birthday party, a family dinner, a school event, an old menu, or just a picture of you enjoying your favorite pizza, we want to see it.

We'll be sharing some of our favorite memories throughout the month as we count down to our anniversary, and be sure to keep an eye on our page because we have some fun surprises planned for the celebration!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting The Pizza Patch for the past 40 years. We couldn't have done it without you, and we're so excited to celebrate this milestone together!
