Good news!!

Due to the uptick in business because of all of you. I finally upgraded to something bigger!!

Life got in the way, so as of right now I’m just doing catering stuff, private events, You want bbq I can do it.

We still have the food truck and are working very hard to get that up and running for public events. So stay tuned for that. Everything is finally back in order.

This is how you engage with the community. I plan to do this one day. Any left over food will be given away for free to those who need it most. We build each other up, we don’t judge, and we support no matter what. Kudos to this business for doing this.

All gone 10:14 final temp 176. Oops I forgot we closed at 9 tonight and cooked 70lbs too many crawfish. We set them out front for anyone who missed a meal tonight or isn’t sure about tomorrow. Baked beans.

We are getting so close to sharing our delicious food with the world. We are working extremely hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. More updates coming very soon including menu items and much more. So stay tuned

She’s all wrapped up almost 6 hours in thanks to Culinary Collisions for the idea, if you haven’t go over to their, page they make all kinds of amazing BBQ that doesn’t disappoint.


We have a few things in the works and are hoping to have some pop up spots starting very very soon so pay attention here for where we will be. You won’t want to miss out because I can guarantee we will sell out fast!!
