📢 WHY DO WE REQUIRE A RESERVATION DEPOSIT & DAMAGE DEPOSIT? 🤔

We’ve been getting a lot of questions, so we wanted to explain! 💕👇

📅 RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
Once you book your date, we turn away other customers requesting that same date. The deposit helps protect us from last-minute cancellations and lost bookings.

🪑 DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Our equipment is an investment! This deposit helps protect both parties in case of damage or loss. When everything is returned in good condition, the refundable deposit is returned according to our rental policy. 🤝

📝 WE KEEP EVERYTHING PROFESSIONAL:
✔️ Written rental contract/agreement
✔️ Receipts provided for payments
✔️ In-person meetings available
✔️ Clear rental policies for both parties

💰 WHY DO WE HAVE THESE POLICIES?

We know there are a lot of fake rental profiles out there right now, and it can be scary to pay deposits online. We are 100% real, verified, and local. We work hard to look out for our family, and that means protecting the expensive equipment and unique treats that put food on our table.

To keep our rates the lowest in town and protect our family business, we have two standard safety policies:

🛡️ Refundable Damage Security Deposit: This fully refundable deposit keeps our gear secure while it’s in your care. As long as everything comes back in its original condition, you get 100% of this money back!

🗓️ Reservation Retainer: To protect our schedule from last-minute cancellations, we require a retainer to lock in your booking.
