Wound Up! Café

Wound Up! Café Craft Coffee Truck/Cart I am Jason Hapka, the owner of an Espresso "Food Truck". This is completely different from any food truck that you may have encountered.

This truck is quite unique - - it is an Italian imported 2012 Piaggio Ape 50 (pronounced Ah-Pay). This fun little vehicle is very popular in all of Europe. The truck is modified to serve high end Italian Espresso, Cappuccino, Lattes, and Chai Tea. Although it is small in size, the Ape is equipped with professional grade equipment and capable of preparing a high volume. Equipment includes a Rancilio Class 7E, 2 Group espresso machine, a coffee grinder, electric refrigerator and sanitation station.
