What a pleasure having Jet & Ali Tila join us for lunch yesterday! This culinary power couple is known for their talent as chefs, restaurateurs, cookbook authors, and TV personalities.

The burning question: what was their order?! They had our fresh grilled fish plate, fish tacos, and traditional poke, along with Gabe’s hot guac, SMFC Tropical Habanero Hot Sauce, Chef Blake’s chili crunch, and a couple of kombuchas from our friends at VITALITEA HAWAI’I A well rounded order! Our little red food truck offers fresh local catch (varies daily) without paying premium resort/high end restaurant prices. Our spicy poke, fish plate, and fish tacos can all accommodate a gluten free diet, and we have hotdog over rice for keiki (kids) that haven’t acquired a taste for fresh fish just yet. These are our fisherman. This is a tragedy and a huge blow to how they/we all support each other. If anyone sees all these expensive rods and reels (being used or for sale) let the police know! These thieves are messing with the livelihood of a lot of people. 💩
