Father and son owners, Steve and Sean Corpuel, use only the freshest ingredients for their thirteen specialty burgers, including buns baked daily by a local bakery, 100% Certified Angus Beef hand-pressed and never frozen, and the freshest produce. Most of all they make every burger like they made the first one over 20 years ago! Located across from the Lahaina Harbor, Cool Cat’s offers the freshest fish on Maui, and a full lunch and dinner menu with Sandwiches, Salads, delicious Baby Back Ribs, Steaks, and Vegetarian selections. Cool Cat’s has a full bar, hosts live music nightly, and our Arcade provides full entertainment for the young and the young at heart!

Our signature 100% Angus beef burger loaded with all the flavors of a supreme pizza: mozzarella, pepperoni, green & red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olives and marinara, stacked on ciabatta and finished with Parmesan & red pepper flake aioli. And let’s not forget, our homemade Cool Cat ranch dressing on the side (almost as award winning as our burgers!) 🤤

What a blur it’s been. In moments we feel like years have gone by, but sometimes it just feels like minutes. Forever missing this view and the faces and spaces that were woven into the fabric of our “before”.

To honor all that was lost and to celebrate all we have achieved since 2023, Cool Cat Cafe Kihei, Cool Cat Express Kaanapali and Captain Jacks Island Grill will all be open regular hours today. Please come in, support our crew, share a drink or a laugh, find your community again patched together in the faces and spaces that have worked hard to return. We kindly ask that you hold space for the places that haven’t been able to return, reopen or have had to relocate, we are all doing our best, be kind to one another today-and everyday.

Our 20% Kamaaina discount is still honored, as it was some 20 years ago when we opened. Please present your valid State of HI ID, no exceptions.

Meet the Catifornia Purrito 😻 — our wild twist on the legendary California burrito, packed with burger-shop flavor you can only get at Cool Cat’s!

We took our fresh, never frozen taco-seasoned Angus ground beef & ribeye blend, loaded it up with crispy seasoned fries, Oaxaca cheese, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and guacamole… then wrapped it all inside a cheesy quesadilla-style flour tortilla. 🤤🔥

Served with:
🌶 Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
🥑 Avocado Cilantro Crema
🌶 Fried Serrano Pepper on top for the perfect kick
