Hi everyone! Thank you for your understanding while we have had the restaurant closed. Over the past few weeks, we have done some serious reflecting. Our food truck has been such a success all because of the support of our amazing customers. Due to the success of the truck and the life we want for our family, we have decided that the demanding hours and strenuous work of the restaurant is not a fit at this time. We are so appreciative of every single person who has supported our restaurant. We could not have done this without you. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Putra’s Hibachi Grill food truck will still be running in the Tri-state area. Please keep following our truck page to see where we are each week. Vibi will also guest chef at Hoovers 304 serving up hibachi & sushi at times, so stay tuned for that!
