We operate under our unique Three Hands Fish philosophy: the 1st hand, a Florida Keys commercial fisherman harvests the seafood and brings it to our dock where the 2nd hand, a Filet Master cuts the fish and sells the seafood to the 3rd hand, a home cook or restaurant chef. We sell a wide variety of local seafood and specialize in underutilized species such as barrelfish, margate, lionfish and more

. Over 90% of the seafood consumed in the U.S. is imported and over half of that is farm-raised. Support your local fishermen. They are the most endangered species in America.
