We’ve had a lot of amazing people come through our doors, (and we are thankful for them ALL!) but every now and then someone reminds you what true hospitality actually looks like.
Our server is one of those rare gems.
He greets every guest like they matter, brings the energy UP every shift, and somehow still finds time to hype me and my daughter up daily. He makes people feel welcome just by existing—no drama, no attitude, just genuine kindness and pride in what he does.
Let’s just say… it’s been a breath of fresh air.
You really notice the difference when someone is in the right place, doing what they’re meant to do. 💛
So here’s to the ones who show up with heart, the ones who lift the whole team without ever asking for credit, and the ones who remind you why you built this place in the first place.

Josephine and Peter were wonderful past customers of ours in Sarasota at Puccinis. Peter passed away but Josephine stopped by Lola’s to see us and to have dinner. A week later Chef received this lovely message 🥹 God bless you too Josephine and Peter 🙏
