Meet Professor Eron from Tampa. He stopped at Frita's Cuban Burger Cafe for a Magic Meal. Eron travelled by paddle board from Tampa to Islamorada in 26 days. He saw incredible wildlife including horseshoe crabs, which he studied and told me they are very intelligent and can find their way out of mazes. He saw Dusky and Black Tip Sharks, huge jelly fish, manatees and crocodiles. What an adventure!

Well a lot of thought was put into what would pare well with our ice cream and shakes and we came up with Cuban Pizza! If you've never tried Cuban Pizza, it has a thicker crust that is crispy on the edges from caramelized cheese and sweeter sauce. Read on!
