The Roni Cup is pepperoni as it was originally invented.

Its natural casing causes it to curl up and char on the edges, resulting in tiny pools of meat juices and oils in every bite. After World War II, in order to cut costs, a paper-like casing was used, This resulted in a flat pepperoni slice. The Roni cup reverts to the tried-and-true method of traditional sausage making.

The Roni Cup pizza started in Buffalo. Soon the Midwest caught on, followed by New York City.

Today you’ll find Instagram pages dedicated to this succulent little cup. Prince Street Pizza, Emmy Squared and Paulie Gee’s are well known devotees in New York.

Our counter people take orders, ring customers up on the register, and serve slices.

You will earn $16/hour PLUS approximately $400/ month in tips.

We're looking for a friendly person that can work a mix of days (10:30AM to 4PM) and nights (4PM to 11PM). Each week, you'll work a total of 30 hours with a couple of days off.
