Ben's been scheming in the kitchen something delicious, he himself carved the roast beast. Tonight we are serving roast beef sandwiches with Ben's homemade mayonnaise sauce and crispy onions. It's the perfect blench of savory, sweet, crunchy, and tender.

Last Saturday a couple came in, the girlfriend ordered a tenderloin and a lobster tail while the boyfriend ordered pesto fettucine with chicken. You could tell he was envious of her order, he leaned over and tried to steal a bite, she quickly snatched her plate away in triumph. He muttered under his breath... "shellfish cow."

This is a surf and turf joke that the men of Kewaunee should NOT tell their girlfriends, but they should come in and treat them to steaks and tails!
