This special was developed by customer request and we really loved how it came out. It calls back a dill-icious cheeseburger from Ballard County's historic neighbors in Cairo, Illinois!

The Cairo Burger is our homage to the old Dairy Hut. It's 1/3 Ib. of fresh ground beef, topped with Cheez Whiz and dill relish with a touch of yellow mustard. Now, we can't make it exactly the way they did because theirs was charbroiled, but we've done the best we can to capture some of that unique taste you remember.
