We offer a limited menu for smaller dinner parties for 10-40 guests available for pick-up at our kitchen located on Far Hills in Kettering. And a variety of options for parties and events of a minimum of 40 guests to larger scale events of 900++. We offer full service where we take care of absolutely every detail to a more budget friendly options of picking up your catered meal from our kitchen be

It’s been too long since I’ve posted but here we are, all home bound for a while. Nothing better to make than Fresco’s Kale and Cannellini Bean Soup. Who wants some??? 🙋‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏿‍♂️

Fresco was honored to participate in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Miami Valley Bright Nights event last night preparing the food for the VIP area for the sponsors and big donors. We had an amazing spread including our Slightly Smoked Salmon; Sous Vide Beef with Smoked Tomato Salsa and Chimichurri; Jerk Chicken; Moroccan Carrots; Watermelon and Heirloom Tomato Salad; Bulgogi Pork; Rice Noodle Salad; Orzo Salad with Herb Pesto, radicchio and arugula; Grilled Ratatouille; and focaccia. We went all out for this event because we ❤️❤️ Big Brothers and Big Sisters, the great work they do and the awesome team running the organization here in Dayton!!

Getting ready for the Oakwood Farmers Market this Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm. Come see us and get your Fresco fix! We will have our salsa available in 2 sizes along with several of our house made Pesto's and salad dressings! This will be our last Oakwood Farmers Market for the season so don't miss out!
