Don’t compost those coffee grounds just yet... ☕️

This Coulée Coffee Spice Rub recipe is a flavorful way to reuse your grounds while adding rich, smoky depth to your favorite meats & veggies. Bold, sustainable and just in time for Father's Day planning... for dads who take their BBQ seriously.

Ingredients:
- 1 Coulée Coffee EcoPour of choice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp date sugar (or brown/coconut sugar)
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tbsp sea salt
- 2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
1. Brew your Coulée Coffee and enjoy.
2. Spread used coffee grounds onto paper towels and let dry completely (about 1 hour).
3. Add dried grounds (about 2 tbsp) and all remaining ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
4. Store in an airtight container and use on proteins, veggies or anything headed for the grill!
