Today, we want to take a moment to remember a very special man who was instrumental in making Clark’s BBQ what it is today. ❤️

Clark was more than just a part of our restaurant’s history. He was someone who helped shape it, gave his time and talents, and left a lasting mark on Clark’s that will never be forgotten.

So much of what we have today is built on the hard work and dedication of people who came before us, and he was truly one of those people. His contributions to Clark’s will continue to live on in the memories, stories, and traditions that remain a part of our restaurant.

We are deeply saddened by his passing and are sending our love, thoughts, and prayers to his family and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Thank you for being such an important part of the Clark’s family. You will never be forgotten. ❤️

Today we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the brave men and women who ran toward danger while others were running away.

We remember the heroes.
We remember the sacrifice.
We remember the strength and unity that followed.

22 years later, we still remember. 🇺🇸
