At the end of a long weekend, we look around this place and think… holy cow, what the heck were we thinking?!
And then we remember…
We love b**r and tasty foods. We love seeing our regulars and catching up with them in their usual spots at the bar. We love our trivia teams who come back again and again, even when there’s no trivia. And yes, we love all those first-timers who swing by after a hike because they heard there was a cool dog-friendly spot here on the ridge.
Eleven years into this and we still love what we do.
Owning a brewery is a wild ride. But somehow, it just keeps getting better!!
And right now, we’re looking forward to one of the biggest days we’ve ever planned here. Professor Louie & The Crowmatix - Grammy-nominated and playing right here on our backyard stage for Oktoberfest! Live Wire Panic will be here too, along with our stein holding contests, kid-friendly games and activities, more German food than ever before, and a whole lot more.
We hope you’ll be here September 26th. Whether it’s your first time at Rough Cut or your millionth.
