On the day we give thanks, I honor my father. The man who taught me to have a passion for food. He was a fantastic host & an even better cook. Today is the anniversary of his death. It's been 14 years without this man.. not a day goes by that I don't think about him. It always makes it a little more tough when his anniversary falls on Thanksgiving but it's pretty perfect too.. It was his favorite holiday to host. Soo cheers to my Poppi & HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

He was a man of words with incredible wisdom, a gentle heart, and a beautiful mind.
