Stayko Campout 2025 with Kent City Baptist Church. It was probably the rainiest weekend that we have had in all the years that I have been involved. But it didn't dampen the attitudes of the 100 men that attended this year. Paul Slauter you did another awesome job of coordinating it again this year. The speakers were great at bringing God's Word to us and encouraging us to step up and to be real men. In today's world there is alot of confusion on what and who a real man is. Blessings to all the men that spoke. I want to thank some men that really made my job easy. Tim Karel, James Schaffer, Jeremy Proctor, Brad Ferguson, Doug Scott, Richard, Andrew Dent and to the guys that I can't remember your names that helped, you guys did a great job of serving everyone. We did somethings a little bit different by serving Brisket, pulled pork and chicken tacos, Mexican Street corn and a crowd favorite cheese sauce, Saturday morning's brisket hash. In one of the pictures that I loaded up, a bunch of us were standing under the canopies during the rain on Friday night and the guys were actually doing cheese sauce shots.
All in all, it was a great experience and I believe that God used this weekend just the way he wanted for us. Until next year God bless everyone of you men and may you be encouraged to be the man that God wants you to be for your family.
