And of all the days to come back, it's wing Wednesday.

We move over 2,000 wings each week and we sell out most Wednesdays. Every one of them fresh, never frozen. That's why we run out.

Today we're a day behind and the fryers are already going.

Order early. When they're gone, they're gone.

🔧 Closed today for the final water main fix.

Dough was proofed at 6 this morning. Sauce was made. Ovens were on. Then the trucks pulled in, they're shutting water off to the entire plaza to get this done right.

Every business here is down with us. 😕

Our crew still gets paid for today. That was never a question. 🙂🍕

If you had plans to come see us, we're sorry. That part stings more than the closure.

Our other locations are open, and catering, sponsorship, and donation orders are still being handled.

Today, we turned the sign to CLOSED. On purpose.

No lunch rush. No delivery pings. No “can you cover a shift?”

Just our whole team, in the sun, getting paid to be exactly nowhere near a pizza oven.

Because here’s the thing people don’t see when their food shows up hot at the door — there’s a crew behind it. Folks who work nights, weekends, holidays, and every snowstorm this state can throw at us. They show up. So today, we showed up for them.

We laughed. We ate. We talked trash. Somebody swung a golf club like they were killing a spider.

And the long drive competition? Let the record show the boss won. 🏆 I’ll be accepting apologies and rematch requests in the parking lot. 🤪💪🏽
