We were not asked to make this post but we feel it is the right thing to do because when you make an error you should always apologize!
We’ve talked to all involved and believe there was a miscommunication last night. We are truely sorry for the embarrassment caused and appreciate the kind nature and understanding of our customer. We realize that there will probably be negative people leaving negative comments but as we already said it’s important to apologize.

Today before work we celebrated our long time employee, Pat. With almost 35 years of being our head chef he has decided to slow down to part time. From ordering groceries, checking inventory to training our exceptional kitchen staff, Pat is not only our employee but he’s our family!
