Hey everyone 👋
Wanted to give another update and ask for a little help, if possible. ❤️
A couple days ago, I had my monthly appointment and got some unexpected and honestly disappointing news. My calls have been less frequent, so I asked for an update. Unfortunately, my wait time has now increased by about a year and a half. 😢
It was hard news to hear, but we’re going to keep moving forward, keep working hard, and keep trusting God through it all. 🙏
With that being said, we should be able to come out more with the food truck this season. As many of you know, we held back on booking because I didn’t want to commit to events and then not be able to show up.
Because the season already started, we missed out on some great opportunities, so if anyone knows of events looking for food vendors, have any cancellations, needs catering, or knows someone planning something, please tag them or send them our way. It would mean a lot. 🌮🥰
I do still deal with a lot of mental and physical fatigue and brain fog, as some of you may have witnessed 🤦♂️
So we may still keep things slightly limited at times. But we really do want to get back out there more when we can. 🚚
