What a crazy week! 🤙🏽🔥
Thursday was slow and steady.
Friday tested us a little. Our kitchen printer decided it didn’t want to work right when we opened. 😅 While I spent nearly two hours on the phone with POS support trying to get everything back up and running, our team had to adapt on the fly. Reading orders straight from a phone while keeping track of tickets, modifiers, and everything coming through.
It definitely wasn’t how we planned to run service, but we adapted, stayed organized, and did the best we possibly could while we got everything situated. If you came in Friday, mahalo for your patience and understanding. 🤙🏽
Then came Saturday… and WOW.
WE BROKE OUR SINGLE-DAY SALES RECORD! 🔥🔥
And as exciting as breaking that record was, one of the things I was most proud of was watching our team handle it.
It was BUSY, but service stayed smooth. Watching the way our team has progressed — how everyone communicates, adapts, moves together on the line, and keeps orders flowing — is exciting to see as an owner. Our ticket times have improved tremendously, and Saturday really showed how far we’ve come as a team.
There’s always room to improve, but being able to have our busiest day yet while still providing smooth service is something I’m extremely proud of.
And none of it happens without YOU and this amazing community.
One of the most humbling things for me is hearing people walk in excited to try our food because they’ve heard nothing but great things from someone else. Every recommendation, every share, every comment, and every person who tells a friend about us means more than you probably realize.
I’m thankful that we get to make food we’re proud to serve and that this community genuinely enjoys and appreciates.
As we continue to grow, one thing will always stay the same: quality comes first. Whether it’s your first visit or your 15th, we want you to get the same food, the same quality, and the same experience every single time.
