We would love to welcome our new Brother's and Sister's to our page! Here's a little back story.
Brother's CheeseSteaks in Kennewick, Washington, was founded in 2018 by Mario Quintero as a family-owned business.
Local Tri-Cities Origin
Humble Beginnings: Mario Quintero and family started the business from a pop-up tent, selling cheesesteaks at local farmers' markets and events in the Tri-Cities area.
Incubator Kitchen: Brother's then operated out of the Pasco Specialty Kitchen, which serves as a business incubator, offering a shared space for food-related companies to grow before moving to their own location.
Brick-and-Mortar: Location: After four years in the shared kitchen, Quintero realized his dream of a permanent sit-down restaurant, opening a location at 8524 W. Gage Blvd. in Kennewick in 2022.
Our mission: at Brother's Cheese Steaks is to serve our community with more than just the Pacific Northwest's best cheesesteaks, it's to deliver love, positivity, and change with every single order. We pour our heart and soul into every interaction, aiming to leave a lasting, positive impact on every person who order our cheesesteaks and ensure they leave with a smile. We are dedicated to building a welcoming, family-like environment where every customer feels valued and appreciated
Current Status: Despite positive ratings, the Kennewick sit-down location faced economic challenges and closed its doors in October 2024. The future business model is to do a few pop-up in hope to transition into a food truck.
