BIG shoutout to our team here at CG!! They have been kicking butt feeding 325 firefighters 3 meals a day since yesterday with no end in sight. Also a BIGGER shoutout to all those firefighters 🚒 working long hours protecting homes, farms and other structures. Please everyone, thank a firefighter and please be careful out there. Keep others in mind before deciding to burn. This has been a bad fire season already and it is only the middle of July. We have already fed double the amount of firefighters vs. all of 2025 fire season!

Join us tonight during regular hours and dig into our famous Prime Rib starting at 4 PM, plus our legendary clam chowder served all day! 🍽️

We’ll be open for breakfast Saturday before closing at 6PM for the holiday. Back to regular hours Sunday morning for breakfast! Don’t forget to pick up your holiday pies for the weekend!

Our last (but definitely not least) graduate is Hayden from Southridge High School!💙💛 He has been a caterer and occasional restaurant host since August of 2024. He plans to get his AA from CBC then get his Bachelor’s elsewhere. He hopes to go to law school someday and become a lawyer.💼 Well done Hayden!
