I forgot a couple of flavors because my brain was already celebrating the 4th. 😂

🥤 Sarsaparilla Float – just like an old-fashioned root beer float, but with sarsaparilla!

🌽 Corn Pops – sweet corn ice cream inspired by the cereal (yes, really… and it’s surprisingly delicious!).

So if you thought our lineup couldn’t get any better… it just did.

We’re open TODAY from 12–5 (or until we sell out), so come celebrate with us and try something fun!

Loaded with frozen red & blue boba that will make every bite feel like the 4th of July. It’s colorful, nostalgic, and honestly…kind of magical. ❤️🤍💙

Sooooo… we may have announced our move to Poutine a liiiittle too early. 😂

Good news! If you were worried you missed your chance to visit the original What’s the Scoop location, you haven’t. We’re not quite ready to make the move just yet, so we’ll be staying put until further notice!

That means if you couldn’t make it this weekend to say goodbye, don’t fret—you’ve still got time 😅

In the meantime, come grab some ice cream!

We’ve got some exciting news… What’s the Scoop? is moving! 🍦➡️🍟

Don’t worry—we’re not going far. In fact… we’re moving right next door to Poutine, Eh!

Why? Because we think it’s going to make things even better for YOU. Easier ordering, one stop for dinner and dessert, more room for us to dream up fun new things… it’s just the next step for both of our little businesses.

❤️ This Friday and Saturday will be your LAST chance to visit Scoop in its current location. Come make one more memory with us before we start the move!

We’re excited, we’re a little nervous, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next.

TLDR: New Ice creams. Free color changing spoons. Weird accidental flavor. Mallory turned 41 yesterday. 💁🏻‍♀️

Yesterday was my birthday, so I decided to celebrate the best way I know how… by making ice cream. 🍦🎉

This weekend’s lineup includes some of my all-time favorites (and a few new favorites):

🍫 Oreo Chocolate Cake
🍊 POG (Passionfruit • Orange • Guava)
🧂 Sea Salted Cream & Cookies
🌈 Lucky Charms (aka Just the Charms)
🥜 Chik-O-Stick

…and then there’s the one that wasn’t supposed to happen. 😂

I was making White Chocolate Rosemary and accidentally put the salt in…The sea salted base was sitting right next to it and… well… oops. 😬

The funny part? We tasted it. Then we tasted it again. Then Rob declared it one of the most unique flavors he’s ever had. A few other people agreed.

So… we’re putting it in the case.

It might become your new favorite. It might not. But if you’ve ever wanted to say, “I tried the accidental ice cream,” this is your chance. 😅

First time in nearly 4 years we’ve had to close because we ran out of ice cream.

🌦️the weather is weird … but so are some of our flavors. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yesterday was incredible, and if today keeps up, there’s a very real chance some flavors could disappear before closing (or I have to close early because we’ve run out…which is a high possibility). So don’t let a little gloomy weather fool you into thinking there’s no ice cream emergency happening.

Come grab a scoop (or two) before your favorite flavor becomes a “sorry, we’re out.”
