Today our hearts are with everyone impacted by the Badger Mountain fire and with the firefighters, emergency crews, and neighbors stepping up to protect our community. ❤️‍🩹🔥

We’re thinking of the families affected, those who may be displaced, and every person working long hours behind the scenes.

Tri-Cities is a community that shows up for one another, and we’re grateful for all who are helping.

One of the fun moments from the EntreLeadership Summit this week has been seeing other business minded leaders from Tri-Cities, like Christina (real estate) up sharing about her take away from yesterday’s speakers.

It’s been encouraging to hear so many conversations around leadership, systems, communication, finances, and building healthy businesses intentionally🌊

Taking in a lot of learning and leadership conversations this week at the EntreLeadership Summit at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Florida.

Growing a business definitely stretches you in ways you don’t expect, but we’re grateful for the opportunity to step away for a few days, learn from other leaders, reflect on where Tsunami Catering is headed, and continue building better systems, stronger leadership, and a healthier future for our company. 🌊

Excited to bring home fresh ideas and keep growing.

Small world moment at EntreLeadership Summit 2026 🌎

Kyle recently had the chance to hear Adam Diaz speak at a local Link Up To Us event back home in the Tri-Cities… and then somehow we randomly run into him here in Florida at the summit!

Even more impressive, he brought his son Levin with him to experience the conference together. We love seeing parents intentionally invest in the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs like that.

Moments like this are a good reminder that relationships, community, and growth-minded people really do connect in unexpected ways.

Grateful to be here learning, growing, and representing Tsunami Catering alongside so many inspiring people.

My son (Levin) and I get to enjoy EntreLeadership Summit 2026 this year!

Levin asked me, “What are the chances we see someone from the Tri-Cities while we’re here?”

I said, “Zero percent.”

The first night, we ran into Kyle Thornhill from Tsunami Catering! I guess I was wrong!
