Hiiiii!! We have been POPPIN' today. Hence the social media silence. 😂

But I finally just had an opportunity to sit and get some lunch in and I chose our Toasted Turkey sandwich! If you have not yet tried this sandwich... I HIGHLY recommend it. Our garlic toasted bun with bacon jam aioli, mesquite smoked turkey, bacon, pickled red onions, and smoked gouda cheese sauce are all piled together for an incredible explosion of flavor in every bite.

While I have you here, since we are off of DD.. would you rather we consider UberEats or Grubhub? I am going to deep dive into both options!

We are open today until 4, then our hours for the rest of the week are:

Friday: 8 to 4
Saturday: 9 to 4
Sunday: 9 to 2 (no market, only open at the restaurant!)

We've been having multiple requests on a regular basis for Jimothy to make a comeback.. so we did a tiny batch! 30 total! They will be available in the morning, until we run out. And if we NEED to prep another tiny batch, I'm sure I could persuade my sweet Gracie girl to decorate some more.

Her talent absolutely astounds me!

Hey friends!! How's your Tuesday night going? 🥰 I am at home, snuggled on my couch under a blanket that I am crocheting, and enjoying my family for a bit before bedtime. Tomorrow, I will head into the restaurant bright and early and get busy making salted peanut butter and dark chocolate cheesecake (a big time favorite!!), and getting ramped up for the week! We have another delicious menu locked in for the week, including the Gilmore Girls specials, our fall menu, and all of our drinks. A few notable specials this week include:

✨️ Sookie's Cream of Mushroom Soup
✨️ Luke's cherry cheesecake cake cups
✨️ Pecan pie bars (these have BEEN in the case and are back for the season!)
✨️ Pumpkin cream cheese coffee cake (these have also been available for a couple weeks!)

We have a couple of small catering this week, one of which includes chorizo gravy over cheddar and jalapeno biscuits... and made me wonder if I need to bring that back for a Saturday special sometime soon?! It's been a while! 🥰

"I didn't even know you have a full menu?!" Overheard this Sunday. So... surprise? 😀 If you didn't know.. we are a full restaurant. 💕

Sunday was definitely one for the books. On Saturday, I let you all know that farmers market was canceled due to weather.. but that we had already prepped, so we had everything ready to rock. I just asked that if you were planning on coming to shop with us at market, that maybe you would be able to come visit us at the restaurant instead.

And boy.. did you show up. Tri-Cities NEVER fails to absolutely blow us away with the love and kindness you show our little eatery. This past Sunday was our highest grossing Sunday ever and we were so astounded.

Then, to top it all off, the night was finished with a message that said, "Rise & Shine would do so well somewhere with a lot of rain. The food is made for that weather and YOU are the sunshine."

"Thank you" feels so small, but truly, I don't know how better to express our gratitude that you all continue to make our dreams come true each week.

Hiii!! So we have had a bit of a change of plans for tomorrow (Sunday, 9/13)!!

Due to the potential weather (high winds and rain), 3 Eyed Fish Farmers Market has been canceled. However... we have already prepped for it (because we always do on Saturdays). 🙃

So what does that mean for us and you?

We have alllllll of the product we typically would have for a full Sunday both in shop AND at market. Market is typically about 5x the baked goods that we sell in store on a normal Sunday brunch service... so that is... a lot of baked goods. 😂 PLUS our loaves of bread!

If you were planning to come see us tomorrow at the market, we would LOVE to serve you at the restaurant!! We will have our full food menu, including Gilmore Girls specials, and of course, all of our drinks and baked goods! AND OUR GIANT BREAKFAST BURRITOS!

Also.. please take a moment to admire these caramel cookie butter cinnamon rolls, as I believe they may be my new favorite. 😍

We are here until 4 today! And tomorrow we will be open at the restaurant only from 9 to 2! Come see us! We love you!

Happy Friday, friends!! We are ready for the weekend and amped to served you!

First.. let's talk about our mocha Crunch cake cups. As Lorelai said, "if eating cake is wrong, I don't want to be roght." 😂 They are filled our decadent chocolate cake, espresso pastry cream, and espresso buttercream, with bits of toffee throughout. So incredibly delicious.

But.. we have MUCH more in stock for you for tomorrow!! So here's a quick peek at everything we have outside of our standard Fall Menu!

We are getting ready to move all of our tables around for trivia and will hopefully have a couple extra seats if anyone walks in.

On another note.. isn't the pumpkin swirl cheesecake BEAUTIFUL?! 😍

DoorDash took it upon themselves to update my menu with my entire new menu, without my consent. So my doordash is currently shut off for the foreseeable future. I lost all of the hard work, hours and hours that I put in and I don't know if I have it in me to redo it. I apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter.
