That's right, Pie People! We have PEACHES!

It's crazy hot and all we want to do is sit in the AC in eat PIE!
The peaches are plentiful and truly sublime. Get your peach pie fix while you can! We will definitely have peaches on the menu for the rest of July but can't say for certain if we will have them beyond that. The PEACH BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK is always a favorite of ours this time of year. We are also pumping out spiced plum tarts, and some surprise BLUEBARB pies! We have a very limited quantity of rhubarb, so if you want to secure one of these babies, give us a call! They are not posted on the webstore.

Next week we celebrate summer with NECTARINES! We will have Nectarine-Berry Pies, and Raspberry-Nectarine Buttermilk Pies available all next week. Keep your eye on the webstore later this week to preorder.

We work so hard to offer as many tasty combos as the seasons will allow us to. Summer is hitting hard right now and whats better than Corn, Tomatoes, and Cheddar? You can see the colorful combo in the top left. Want some meat involved in that situation? We’ll add Chorizo!

Meet the amazing Mary Merchant!
This Queen is an occupational therapist/farmer/educator in Dover Foxcroft, Maine. We stopped to chat farming and she offered to harvest some rhubarb for me right on the spot. Maine is the best!

Brace yourself for the excitement of another rhubarb field trip! I’m up here to spend some time with the pie shop treasure that is Donald, and filling my carry-on with pie fixings on the ride home 🤩.

That's right, Pie People! We have PEACHES!

Thanks to my wonderful main squeeze, we have PEACHES, PLUMS, and NECTARINES! Tim made a 3.5 hour trek at the end of last week to pick up quite a haul of PA grown tree fruit for us. Woerner Farm sits at a greater elevation than many of the surrounding orchards, and they were spared the catastrophic degree of crop damage that so many of their neighbors encountered.
We are thrilled to have connected with them and to have some of our most favorite tree fruit coming your way this week.

On this week's menu look out for traditional peach varieties, peach berry pies, peach stuffed french toast pies, and my favorite - peach blueberry buttermilk!
As with all of the hard to come by tree fruit this year, the season will be shorter, so get your peach pie fix while you can. We still have local blueberries, though they will be winding down, so make sure you get your blueberry fix while there is still time as well. We will be doing some fun things with plums on the weekend, and nectarine pies will make their debut next week!

Tomato, Basil, and Feta Quiche returns this week along with Rosemary-Mushroom-Gruyere! The corn-tomato quiche are also plentiful!
We will also have Elote and Buffalo Chicken Hand Pies waiting for you, as well as Apple and Apple Berry Hand Pies!

We also have two little surprises we saved for you - We managed to get a few more quarts of sour cherries this weekend, so we may have a few sour cherry buttermilk pies popping up, AND to celebrate National Chocolate Day (late, because it's today, but a day is never enough, so we decided to celebrate all week) we will have 3" cherry chocolate chess mini pies for you.
We also made a final batch of Rhubarb Ice Cream, so we will have another 10 or so Rhubarb Ice Cream Sugar Cookie Sandwiches for you (J&D, I'm talking to you!). We also stashed a handful of unbaked Rhubarb Pop Tarts, and we will be polishing those off this weekend. If you want to secure any of these limited treats, give us a call tomorrow morning and we will make sure to reserve some for you!
