Here’s some thoughts on Cold Brew Coffee

Hopefully and prayerfully ~ within the coming year, the Underground will be changing locations and names.

The ministry of the Underground has moved to Florida and with the idea of no basements there, the name will be changing.

The ministry of the Underground's business will also be changing. We are looking at a shop where families are still welcome and the atmosphere is welcoming to all. Where is changes a bit is we would like to do what we can to help our Veterans. We want to work with the VA and agencies to train and hire returning Vets.
We also want to work as direct with the coffee farmers to keep costs down but to help those farms keep their profits up.

The atmosphere and the furnishings for the shop would also come as much from recycled and salvaged wood, metals, and other material as possible. This is still in the "working it out" area.

The name change for the coffee shop and prayerfully the roasting would be ... Salvaged Freedom Coffee.

Let us get your feedback on what you think. Thank you and have a great weekend. And ... don't forget to make a difference in someones life today - share a cup of coffee with them ~ on purpose.

Jebana from Ethiopia. This is a very special item to use or just to admire. The jebana is a handmade clay vessel used in traditional Ethiopian coffee preparation. The bottom is rounded and sits in a specially woven ring, or sometimes directly in sand.
