The cheese pizza at Night Owl Pizza was exactly what a classic pizza should be. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft inside, and the cheese had the perfect melt and flavor. The sauce balanced everything really well without overpowering the pizza. Simple, fresh, and really satisfying. Definitely one of the best cheese pizzas I’ve had.
