Happy Debbie-versary to Alli! One year ago when someone beat her to the FOH position she applied for (purely timing), she immediately taught herself to cook eggs on TikTok and dove into the deep end of line cooking. Y’all. If you’ve been stunned by the balsamic pearls on your salad in our humble little diner, eaten the best eggs of your life or wondered why gelato is suddenly back and better than ever - Alli. If you’re lucky you may have heard her musical stylings from the pseudo-open kitchen, too 🤩. Her passion, dedication and attention to detail deserves the highest praise. We are so excited to see what she does in year two! 💫🙌🥂
