Hi everyone! We know it’s been a little quiet over here.. Thank You for your patience! Our wholesale side has been absolutely thriving (which we are beyond grateful for.. Truly, thank you for supporting our family business ❤️). It’s been busy in the best way!

We started this journey back in 2017, boiling crawfish outside a Breaux Mart. What began as a simple side hustle quickly sparked into something bigger than we ever imagined. Just like his grandpa once did, Tony hit the road in search of ponds—knocking on doors, asking for a shot. We bought an enclosed trailer, set up in parking lots, and sold live crawfish to anyone willing to give us a chance. Who remembers those days?!

Thanks to the steady support of both our retail and wholesale customers, we eventually moved into a warehouse. Not long after, a seafood market opportunity landed in our lap—completely unexpected, but too good to pass up. So, we took a leap and expanded. And wow… what a ride it’s been!

This year, our wholesale side took off in ways we never could have dreamed. We’re beyond grateful—but with that growth came long hours and hard decisions. Juggling both the market and wholesale meant sacrificing something even more precious: time with our family. If you’ve been with us from the beginning, you know we’ve been blessed with five beautiful children who constantly remind us of what truly matters.

After a lot of thought (and a few tears), we’ve decided to pass the torch. Jordan's Seafood will now be taking over the seafood market, allowing us to focus on our wholesale business—and most importantly, our family.

We’ve held onto that market since January 2022, and every moment has been a gift. The lessons we’ve learned, the friendships we’ve made, and the love we've felt from this community will stay with us forever. To our loyal customers—y’all made this dream possible. We truly mean it when we say: thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

And don’t worry- this isn’t goodbye! We’ll still be serving our amazing wholesale customers (and yes, we’re accepting new ones too!)
