NOW HIRING: Back Line Cook / Kitchen Help
Are you a hard worker who takes pride in serving great food to your community? Stormin’ Normans is looking for dependable, high-energy individuals to join our back-line team. We are a family-focused restaurant built on Faith, Family, and Food.
What You’ll Do:
-Prepare and cook our signature menu items (Fried Chicken, BBQ, Seafood, and classic Southern sides).
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
-Work efficiently on the back line to ensure quick service during lunch and dinner rushes.
-Collaborate with the team to provide a "remarkable" experience for our guests.
What We’re Looking For:
-Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work.
-Team Player: You edify your coworkers and maintain a positive attitude.
-Skill: Prior experience with commercial deep fryers or Southern-style cooking is a plus (but we will train the right person!).
-Integrity: We hold our team to high standards of character.
Requirements:
-Must provide professional references.
-Must be willing to undergo a background check.
-Ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
