We have a mix of bittersweet news to share: today, we officially transferred ownership of Jac’s Coffee.
This decision was not made lightly. What began as a small endeavor for myself, Aubrey, and Carter (where the name Jac’s came from) has blossomed into something truly special. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the privilege of meeting countless wonderful people, many of whom have become dear friends. Jac’s Coffee will forever hold a cherished place in my heart and in the hearts of my family.
While this chapter may be closing for us, a new and exciting one is just beginning for its new owners. Please welcome Erin and her husband, Joseph! Initially, finding the right fit for Jac’s seemed straightforward, but it quickly became clear that it required a deeper connection. From our very first conversation, I knew Erin and Joseph were the perfect match for this beloved space.
I wish them all the best as they embark on this journey, especially since they’ll be continuing the legacy right next to the neighborhood where Jac’s first began.
