Ok guys as most of you know, I do live in Kenai, Alaska, my contract ended at the end of the year and I am moving back. I didn't want to just rush into business without knowing the valuable knowledge and experience I've obtained in Fredericksburg. The initial opening of business, inspections, proper preparation to ensure smooth business operations, orders and inventory. And of course knowing my weaknesses like marketing and social Media. I've made like 100 videos and didn't post...I need to work on confidence of my videos, I do NOT like watching myself.. lol. And as hard as it is to admit, I been battling depression for a couple years now. But I know when I cook for people, I feel good. I love to see people faces when they take that first bite of my food, I love when people say "I can't eat another bite". It's fulfilling to see people fulfilled.
With that said, I'll start business again as soon as I'm established again. I aim to be up and running by next summer. My future videos will be based in Alaska, I have some surprises in store. Thank you all for your support.
