The Flats Bistro opened the summer of 2014, located on K-Beach Rd near the Bridge Access intersection, with an incredible view of the Kenai River Flats. The Flats was started by local couple Luke and Naomi Thibodeau. The head chef is Tyler Hall.

This will be our last full week open for the Winter season, before we close on Monday the 28th. Going on this week, we have live music with Mike Morgan and new desserts on Wednesday. Come on in and enjoy some good eats with your favorite bistro around!! Make sure you tell our wonderful servers how much you appreciate them and all they’ve done!!

For the first time we will be closing for the winter season starting September 28th.
We will not be doing this annually, but this winter we have several menu and building projects to work on. We will be reopening in early spring and look forward to seeing everyone again and introducing you to some exciting changes to both our food and alcohol menus.
Because of this sudden shift we will happily redeem any unused gift cards for cash before we close. Or come in and use them on one of your favorite menu items. You can also hold onto them and use them when we open back up, our gift cards do not expire.
We hope to see several familiar faces in the next two weeks. Come in to see your favorite server and get some great food before it is too late!
