We truly can't thank you enough for your patience with us the last few nights. In addition to our bar and floor project, we've been working on something else. This one has been going on for over a month. This w**e menu expansion definitely exceeds the steak menu expansion we did in January. The crew doesn't seem too upset with me. We'll see if that holds out. 😁

We won't be able to accommodate bar seating for the next couple of nights. We are upgrading our bar equipment and while we're at it, redoing the floor behind the bar. We have set up a section to still make all your favorite cocktails, but full behind the bar service is on hold until this new piece arrives on Thursday. 2 of us got the old one out yesterday, and it turns out, 8' of steel is pretty heavy. I'll have more people on Thursday. 😁

End of night post is a little later than usual. We had a ton of reservations hit in about 90 minutes tonight. Everyone stepped up. Everyone is tired. Everyone is appreciated by me.
The night was dampened by hearing a neighboring restaurant in Kemah is closing their doors. Pasta Margarita made a lot of folks happy. Now, a lot of folks (including us) are sad to see them go. Best to the whole Pasta Margarita team.
