We are seeking a friendly and responsible Ice Cream Truck Operator to join our team!
As an Ice Cream Truck Operator, you will be responsible for driving and operating our various ice cream trucks, serving ice cream and other frozen treats, and providing excellent customer service to children and adults alike.
Responsibilities:
· Drive and operate the ice cream trucks safely and responsibly in designated areas.
· Serve ice cream and other frozen treats to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
· Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
· Ensure the ice cream truck is clean, well-stocked, and in good working condition.
· Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
· Follow all standardized policies and procedures.
· Interact with customers in a positive and engaging way, creating a fun and memorable experience.
· Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
· Report any maintenance or operational issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· 21 years of age
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Friendly, outgoing, and reliable personality.
· Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
· Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Compensation: $15/hour plus tips.
