We are officially closed. Over 18yrs ago we were blessed to shake the hand of Larry Stein and place a coffee stand in the corner of Kellogg Stein's IGA lot. That little building would become a place for our wonderful customers to get their favorite drinks. It would also become a place where many of you would become friends to our family (we will miss seeing your beautiful faces.)
That little building also became a place for warm hugs, deep conversations, drive thru prayer, and even a few weddings.
That little building is where our 10yr old twin daughters would come to do their homework after school, where they would learn to make espresso, learn to turn strangers into friends, where they would eventually become barista's and grow into the beautiful women they are today.
Both girls are now married to great men. Brittnee has two amazing kids who have also loved visiting this little place for their favorite drinks. It's where they got spoiled by Nana.
Brooke has twin boys on the way (in December)and her and her husband now own and operate the Kellogg Laundromat.
For our family this little building is where we grew together... in relationship, in business, and in love for each other. It opened us up to our community and we have been tremendously blessed by so many. We will be forever thankful for the opportunity to have served our community through our little family coffee stand.
Stacy's mom helped her in the beginning and she's now battling health problems, our girls our doing amazing and moving forward with their own little families and we are so proud of them. Times are changing. So it is with heartfelt thanks, tears in our eyes, and a joy for whatever tomorrow brings that we say "Goodbye!"
