Our August schedule is officially here, and let's just say... it's 🔥 HOT! 🔥 (And we're not just talking about the weather!)

We'll be rolling into festivals, food truck roundups, breweries, and community events all month long, serving up your Greek favorites! 🇬🇷🥙

Good Morning, our amazing community! 💙🇬🇷
Every morning we unlock the trailer, fire up the grill, and say a little prayer that today we'll have the chance to feed some familiar faces and maybe even make a few new friends. Thanks to all of you, we get to keep living this dream one gyro at a time. Your support means more than you'll ever know, and we're so grateful that you've become part of our family.

We're here today at 100 Emerald Street in Keene until 3:00 PM, and we've brought some of your favorites!

🌯 The LOADED Gyro – A grilled pita packed with lemon rice, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, feta, homemade tzatziki, and your choice of chicken or lamb. It's called LOADED because we don't believe in sending anyone home hungry!

🌭 The Greek Dog – A grilled hot dog on a toasted bun topped with our homemade meat sauce, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, and of course... enough tzatziki to make your taste buds start yelling "OPA!" (Your shirt may or may not leave with a little tzatziki souvenir... it's worth the risk. 😂)

🔥 Jerk Chicken Gyro – The Caribbean and Greece finally met... and they became best friends.

🧀 Steak Quesadilla – Back by popular demand because apparently one bite just wasn't enough!

🌭 And for our picky little eaters, we've got grilled hot dogs ready to save the day.

Just a reminder—we'll be closed Friday through Sunday, so if you've been thinking about stopping by, today is the day! We'll be back Monday from 11 AM–2 PM before heading to the Cheshire Fairgrounds for an exciting week.

🐑 And don't forget to join us this Sunday from 12 PM–5 PM at Stonewall Farm for Lamb Jam! Come try our tender shredded lamb over our famous lemon rice. We promise... one bite and you'll understand why people keep coming back for more.

💙🇬🇷 Good Evening, my amazing community! 🇬🇷💙
What a morning it was today! You all showed up, kept us moving, filled our hearts, and reminded us exactly why we love what we do. ❤️

Behind this food truck is a whole lot of love, family, hard work… and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. 😂 Between cooking, prepping, remembering where we put things, and trying not to walk into the same cabinet door twice… we keep things entertaining over here! 🤣
But honestly, getting to serve you all, hear your stories, and see your smiles makes every busy day worth it.

🔥 Tonight’s Specials:
🌭 The Greek Dog 🇬🇷
Our grilled hot dog served on a perfectly toasted bun and topped with fresh tomatoes, onions, creamy tzatziki, and feta cheese. It’s like your favorite backyard cookout took a trip to Greece and came home with better seasoning and a little more attitude. 😂

🥙 The LOADED Gyro
Our tender seasoned lamb or chicken wrapped in grilled pita and packed with lemon rice, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, and our homemade tzatziki. This gyro doesn’t understand the phrase “keep it simple.” It showed up ready to make a statement. 🤣

🧀 Steak Quesadilla
Loaded with seasoned steak and melted cheese — the perfect comfort meal when you’re hungry and don’t feel like making any decisions except “yes, please.” 😂

🌭 For the kiddos:
Simple grilled hot dogs because we all know kids have their own ideas about what belongs on a plate. You can make a beautiful homemade meal with all the love in the world… and sometimes they still say, “Can I just have a hot dog?” 🤦‍♀️🤣
