Hey y’all! We miss seeing you at the truck.

We’ve integrated your Street Savory favorites to our menu at The Laughing Gull Seafood & Burger Bar though! We’ve also got an incredible selection of fresh seafood, raw oysters, tapas, craft cocktails, and draft beer. It’s like Street Savory, plus a whole lot of other amazing offerings.

Well, today is the last day for Street Savory at Modestman Brewing.

The Street Savory menu will be launching at our sister restaurant Laughing Gull Seafood & Burger Bar this coming Wednesday. Make sure to follow the new page to keep getting news from us.

Bittersweet news to share with you all. This coming week will be the last for Street Savory, and we will be closing on July 4th.

We sold our red truck when we opened the restaurant, and worked out an agreement with Modestman for the use of the truck that was formerly Guru, and the space inside the brewery required to store materials, food, and to do dishes. Recently, Modestman informed us that we were no longer welcome to use those resources, as they would prefer to take over foodservice at their location.

Now that we’ve got the restaurant in full motion, we don’t have the time or resources to start another whole food truck venture, and so sadly it is the end of an era for us.

The great news is that we are rolling the Street Savory menu into our menu at Laughing Gull Seafood & Burger Bar and that menu will be available for lunch and dinner 6 days a week! We will still offer online ordering and delivery. And if you’d like to dine in house, you can enjoy our incredible selection of craft cocktails, 12 drafts, an excellent can list, and a curated wine menu.

Thank you all SO much for your continued support of us through what’s been a wild ride. We appreciate you all 🙏💕
