As of yesterday, October 30, 2025, Pablo and I have decided to close Smoke Odyssey. This decision did not come lightly.

As we close our doors, we want to extend our deepest thanks to everyone who supported our restaurant and food truck. What started as a simple idea and a smile turned into something truly special because of you. It’s been an honor to share our unique and creative food with everyone.
